📦 Orders

Q: How do I place an order?
Simply browse our collections, select your design, choose your size and color, and click Add to Cart. Follow the checkout process and you're done. You'll receive a confirmation email immediately after.

Q: Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Unfortunately no. Because every ScrubTee product is made to order, production begins immediately after your order is placed. Please double check your size, color and shipping address before completing your purchase.

Q: How will I know my order was placed successfully?
You will receive an order confirmation email within a few minutes of completing your purchase. If you don't see it please check your spam folder or contact us at contact@scrubtee.com

Q: Can I order in bulk for my nursing team or hospital?
Yes! We love bulk orders. Contact us at contact@scrubtee.com for bulk pricing and we'll take care of you.

👕 Products

Q: What material are your t-shirts made of?
Our t-shirts are printed on Bella Canvas 3001 — 100% Airlume combed and ring-spun cotton. Super soft, lightweight and comfortable after even the longest shift.

Q: What material are your hoodies made of?
Our hoodies are Gildan 18500 — 50% cotton 50% polyester blend. Warm, durable and perfect for those cold hospital corridors.

Q: How do your sizes run?
Our t-shirts run true to size but we recommend sizing up if you prefer a relaxed fit. Please refer to the size guide on each product page for exact measurements.

Q: Will the colors look exactly like the photos?
We do our best to display colors accurately but slight variations can occur due to screen settings and print production. The actual product may vary slightly from what you see on screen.

Q: Are your designs washable?
Yes. We recommend washing inside out in cold water and tumble drying on low heat to preserve the print quality and color for as long as possible.

🚚 Shipping

Q: How long does shipping take?
All orders are produced within 3-5 business days then shipped within 5-10 business days. Total delivery time is approximately 8-15 business days from the date of your order.

Q: How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is $4.99. Orders over $50 ship completely free anywhere in the USA.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time. We currently ship to United States addresses only. We hope to offer international shipping in the future.

Q: How do I track my order?
Once your order ships you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier's website.

Q: What if my order hasn't arrived after 15 business days?
Contact us immediately at contact@scrubtee.com with your order number. We will investigate and make it right.

💳 Payment

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard and American Express, as well as PayPal, Shop Pay and Apple Pay.

Q: Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. All transactions on ScrubTee.com are processed through secure encrypted payment gateways. We never store your credit card information.

Q: Will I be charged sales tax?
Sales tax may be applied depending on your state of residence and is calculated automatically at checkout.

🔄 Returns & Refunds

Q: What is your return policy?
We accept returns for damaged, defective or incorrect items within 30 days of delivery. Please refer to our full Return & Refund Policy for complete details.

Q: My item arrived damaged. What do I do?
We are so sorry to hear that. Please email us at contact@scrubtee.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged item within 30 days of delivery. We will send you a replacement or issue a full refund immediately.

Q: I ordered the wrong size. Can I exchange it?
Because our products are made to order we cannot accept size exchanges. We strongly recommend checking our size guide before ordering. However we do offer a one time exchange at 50% off your next order as a courtesy.

Q: How long does a refund take?
Once approved refunds are processed within 3-5 business days and will appear on your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

🎁 Gifts

Q: Are your products good for gifts?
Absolutely. Our nurse tees and hoodies make perfect gifts for Nurses Week, birthdays, graduations, Christmas and any occasion. They come in a wide range of funny and meaningful designs nurses will love.

Q: Do you offer gift wrapping?
We do not offer gift wrapping at this time but we are working on it. Stay tuned.

Q: Can I send an order directly to someone as a gift?
Yes. Simply enter the recipient's address as the shipping address at checkout. We do not include pricing information inside the package.
