At ScrubTee, we want you to absolutely love your order. If something isn't right, we're here to make it right.
✅ What We Accept Returns For
We accept returns and offer full refunds in the following cases:
- Item arrived damaged or defective
- Wrong item was sent
- Printing error on your order
- Item arrived with a manufacturing defect
Simply contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we will replace it or refund you immediately. No questions asked.
❌ What We Cannot Accept Returns For
Because every ScrubTee product is made to order specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns for:
- Buyer's remorse or change of mind
- Wrong size ordered — please check our size guide carefully before ordering
- Colors appearing slightly different on screen vs in person
- Orders returned without contacting us first
📏 Size Issues
We know sizing can be tricky. Here's how we handle it:
- Please refer to our size guide on every product page before ordering
- If your item doesn't fit, we offer a one time exchange at 50% off your next order
- We recommend sizing up for a relaxed fit
🔄 How To Request a Refund or Replacement

- Include your order number
- Attach a photo of the issue
- We will respond within 24 hours
- Replacement or refund processed within 3-5 business days
💳 Refund Timeline
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method
- Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear
- You will receive an email confirmation once processed
🎁 Gifts
If you received a ScrubTee product as a gift and there is a defect or issue, we will replace it for free. Just contact us with the order details.
