At ScrubTee we want to get your order to you as fast as possible. Here is everything you need to know about how we ship.
📦 How Our Products Are Made
ScrubTee products are printed on demand. This means every t-shirt and hoodie is made specifically for you when you place your order. We do not keep pre-made inventory.
This allows us to offer a wide range of unique designs but it does mean your order needs a little time to be produced before it ships.
⏱️ Production Time
- All orders are produced within 3-5 business days
- Production begins immediately after your order is placed
- Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once production has started
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order leaves our facility

📍 Where We Ship
- ScrubTee currently ships to United States addresses only
- We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time
- We do not offer international shipping at this time
📧 Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships you will receive:
- A shipping confirmation email
- A tracking number to follow your package
- You can track your order directly on our website or via the carrier's website
If you have not received a tracking number within 7 business days of placing your order please contact us at contact@scrubtee.com
🎄 Holiday Shipping
During peak holiday seasons such as:
- Nurses Week (May)
- Christmas (December)
- Mother's Day (May)
Production and shipping times may be longer than usual. We recommend ordering at least 3 weeks in advance during these periods to ensure timely delivery.
❓ What If My Order Is Late
If your order has not arrived within 15 business days of your shipping confirmation email please:
- Check your tracking number for updates
- Verify your shipping address was entered correctly
- Contact us at contact@scrubtee.com with your order number
We will investigate immediately and make it right.
❌ Lost or Stolen Packages
- ScrubTee is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation
- If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package please check with neighbors and your local post office first
- Contact us and we will do our best to help resolve the situation
📬 Wrong Address
- Please double check your shipping address before completing your order
- ScrubTee is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer
- If you notice an error in your address contact us immediately at contact@scrubtee.com — we will try to correct it before production begins
